The officials found the snake venom in two soft drink bottles. This major haul comes three days after the anti-narcotics cell arrested two Mumbai residents on Friday for illegally possessing 3mg of snake venom. The cost of the venom is around Rs 2,40,03,100.

A flamingo stuck in the bushes at Pinnacle, Vasant Oscar, LBS Marg, Mulund (west) was rescued by PAWS-Mumbai Rescue Team and released back in to the natural habitat.
A young leopard's body was found in a water tank in a Ramabai Nagar, Bhandup of Mumbai near Vihar Lake area of Sanjay Gandhi National Park on Tuesday, PAWS-Mumbai activist Sunish Kunju said. As per the information the tank that had been abandoned by the civic body way back in 1976 and it is currently filled with dirty water and plastic waste.
